Inspector's notes

Observed employee putting hairnet and hat on, then without washing hands, put gloves on and begin touching sample cups and use spoon to portion out open food items. Per PIC, employee was coming back from break at the time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. PIC instructed food employee to wash hands at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
