Observed counter popcorn machine stored on the floor of the bar and a hot dog roller stored on the floor next to the ice machine at the time of inspection. Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying; and covered or inverted. Instructed PIC to properly store equipment at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at the time of inspection.

Employee set bag aside for their use and will use a different bag with ice for customers. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
