Inspector's notes

Observed inadequate pressure from hot water valve at handwashing sink located in the kitchen at time of inspection. Adequate pressure observed when cold water valve is turned on. Temperature of water measured 81'F when both valves are turned on. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Repair handwashing sink to dispense water of at least 100'F and adequate pressure from hot valve, prior to re-inspection on 07/28/25.
