Observed mop sink spraying water from faucet neck when turned on. Observed three compartment sink with a constant drip. Observed handwashing sink drain pipe loose and free, causing leakage when not aligned correctly. Informed Person in Charge of leaks and that all plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Second Consecutive Violation.
