Observed two wiping cloth buckets test at 0ppm of chlorine sanitizer. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC was able to properly remake the sanitizer for both wiping cloth buckets. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed Y-valve installed on a mop sink faucet downstream from an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB), creating a direct connection to a chemical dispenser. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC called maintenance to remove shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
