At time of inspection, observed hand wash sink located near the main cook line with the hot water not working. PIC stated a work order is submitted to have the sink repaired. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Inspector's notes

Observed hand wash sink located near the main line with the hot water not working properly. Per PIC, the hand wash sink hot water doesn't turn off, so right now the hot water is shut off. A follow up reinspection will be conducted to verify that all hand wash sinks are getting to a proper temperature minimum of at least 100F. An insufficient supply of hot water will prevent the proper cleaning of food employees' hands. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 4/24/2026.

#21 — Proper Hot Holding TemperaturesPriority3-501.16

Inspector's notes

Observed hot dogs/sausages, chili, cooked onions, and nacho cheese with an internal temperature range of 100F-118F located in a hot dog warmer, and the other items were located on top of the salamander. Per PIC, the products have been hot holding for less than 2 hours prior to the inspection. All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed sliced cheese in the cold holding prep table with internal temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Cheese had been there about an hour prior to inspection, PIC removed some from the container and put it in plastic wrap and in the walk in refrigerator to cool to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed sliced cheese and hamburger meat with internal temperatures between 50 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Per PIC and cook, some items in these drawers had been there less than 2 hours and were moved to the walk in to cool at the time of inspection. Cheese slices and hamburger meats were discarded.
