Inspector's notes

Observed sanitizer in the 3 compartment sink with a concentration of 0ppm for quat ammonium. PIC drain the water from the sink and re-made the sanitizer water to the proper concentration at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. A chemical sanitizer like quat ammonia, must have a concentration between 150-400ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
