This Advisory visit was conducted to establish if a processors permit would be needed for greek yogurt that is made onsite and sold for wholesale. It was determined that operator would need to be registered/permitted with the Arizona Dairy Association in order to sale yogurt wholesale. At time of visit, no product for wholesale was onsite.
