Shredded cheese, cream cheese, diced ham, spinach, French toast batter in neighboring cold holding unit with an internal temperature ranging 46-48*F. Person in charge stated foods were placed in unit within 2 hours of inspection and voluntarily discarded on own accord. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage Observed drain in women's restroom overflowing sewage onto restroom floor upon flushing toilets in both stalls. Confirmed the conveying of sewage confined to women's restroom after running all faucets in establishment for 10 minutes and flushing all toilets. Plumber arrived onsite during inspection and began troubleshooting plumbing. Plumber stated plumbing maintenance will be completed within 30 minutes. Improper disposal of waste provides a potential for contamination of food, utensils, and equipment and, therefore, may cause serious illness or disease outbreaks. Proper removal is required to prevent contamination of ground surfaces and water supplies, or creation of other insanitary conditions that may attract insects and other vermin. Person in charge closed restroom and had employees clean sewage from restroom floor. Men's restroom available for use as a unisex restroom for employees.
