Person in charge mentioned a kitchen being installed where ceiling tiles are missing. Ensure proper permits are obtained from MCESD prior to construction.

Observed no paper towels in the one operational restroom they have in the warehouse (North side). The other restroom was non-operational and was asked to be marked out of order to eliminate usage until repaired. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.
