Observed 3 sanitizer towel buckets at 300+ ppm of chlorine sanitizer. Towels are used for food and non food contact surfaces. Sanitizers must be kept in the concentration as stated on the bottle for food contact surfaces (50-200 ppm). Sanitizers were remade and tested at 200 ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Addl Notes: On the shelf under the prep table in the back of house observed 2 cans of insect killer spray. Both cans were discarded at time of inspection.
