Observed the inside of the ice machine at the back of the building accumulating dark colored organic matter. The accumulation was not in contact with the ice that is bagged and sold on site. The establishment shall clean the ice machine at a frequency to preclude the accumulation of organic material and other debris. :

Checked 3-compartment sink and all hand washing sinks, including in guest restrooms. Per employee, water heater stopped working approximately 2 days prior to inspection.
