Observed active dishwashing at low-temp chemical dishwasher in warewashing area dispensing chlorine sanitizer concentration of 0ppm. Maximum temperature of machine recorded at 156.7'F using min max thermometer. Observed chlorine sanitizer hook-up not pulling when wash cycle is running. PIC primed sanitizer and machine observed dispensing chlorine sanitizer concentration of 100ppm. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
