Observed a cook utilize handwashing sink to put water on a pan of chicken at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed establishment utilizing the ice well at the bar for an employee's drink as well as scooping ice for drinks out of the same ice well. Ice used as an exterior coolant may not be used as an ingredient in any food/drinks. Person in charge (PIC) removed bottle from ice wells, burned the ice, sanitized the well, and refilled the ice at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

PIC informed the half, and half had been in unit since the night prior and discarded. Observed cooked pasta tightly packed in cold drawer under grill at internal temperature of 51 deg F also observed American cheese cold holding at internal temperature of 47 deg F in front portion of cold drawer. Cook informed both items had been placed in cold unit earlier in day and placed in walk in for rapid cooling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
