Observed yogurt,cottage cheese, creamer with non fat milk liquid, hummus salami and cheddar cheese, cream cheese cold pressed juice and immunity boost juice that says keep refrigerated holding at an internal temperature of 49-50 deg F in a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F. Manager informed the food items had been cold holding since the night prior and removed from retail service. All TCS food items held cold must maintain <41 deg F at all times.
