Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.This inspection was conducted as a facilities inspection. The food production permit was not actively conducing food prep at time of inspection. Per PIC, the establishment has not been making orders due to the owner out of office.

Inspector's notes

Upon arrival there was a large amount of water on the floor under food prep tables along the back wall. Observed floor drain for the prep sink used by La Condensa plugged. Per PIC, the hand wash sink and prep sink along the wall of prep area are out of order due to the floor drain draining slowly. PIC is using a plunger to help the drain drain. PIC provided invoice for maintenance services conducted on 12/23/24. At time of inspection, the food prep sink and hand sink were ran and observed the floor drain fill up to the max level then slowly drain. No sewage was observed backing up. PIC contacted the plumbing maintenance company at time of inspection and was waiting for an arrival time from the company. Floor drains shall be maintained in good repair. Re-inspection scheduled on Monday, 12/30.
