Observed employee scrub container with soapy water, rinse soapy water off of container, hold container submerged in chlorine sanitizer for four seconds, and then place on dish tray to dry. Food-contact surfaces shall be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Food-contact surfaces sanitized using chlorine sanitizer shall be sanitized with a contact time of least 10 seconds.
