Observed seven dead cockroaches and multiple wings/parts in back of kitchen near mop sink. Reviewed pest control and discussed the cleaning up of dead pests. Discussed continuous monitoring of roaches. No live pests observed. Establishment must be maintained free of pests, and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
