Establishment metal probe thermometer was at 54*F; interntal thermometer is not working-display is above 80*F. Internalt temperature of 7 gallons of milk at 50*F; all varous cheeses 6 bags from 54*F-59*F; sealed cream cheese at 60*F; sealed yogurts at 60*F. Directed PIC to discard all tcs foods listed.
