Second Consecutive Violation. On sales floor, at front of store at open food demonstration station, no readily accessible handwashing station. Manager moved open food demonstration to another location closer to a handwashing station. Maintain adequate number of handwashing stations within proper distance to ensure employees are properly washing hands. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

In demo room, on clean equipment storage shelves and on food carts, chemical spray bottles stored with spray nozzles facing equipment storage and packaged food. Chemicals are to be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
