Observed the deli slicer, being stored as clean, to have food debris and residue on the blade and surrounding surfaces of the slicer. Per the PIC, this slicer was last used yesterday to slice tomatoes. PIC pulled the slicer from service for an employee to dismantle, wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry before returning to clean storage.
