Observed sanitation buckets measuring 0ppm quaternary ammonia. PIC reports buckets were made less than 4 hours before inspection. Discussed water temperature and chemical dissipation. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC instructed staff to remake sanitizer buckets with proper concentration of sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
