Provided and discussed the new owner packet. Please note the mop sink faucet does not have an atmospheric vacuum breaker or other back flow preventer and a disconnected hose with a shut-off nozzle was in the mop sink at the time of inspection. A back flow prevention device is required whenever the hose is connected. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers.

Employees iced all TCS food to re-cool and maintained temperature checks, moved some items to walk-in to re-cool.
