The dishwasher was not in use at the time of inspection and the PIC stated it had not been used yet today. PIC will ensure dishware is manually sanitized at the 3 comp until the unit is repaired to dispense 50-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.

Inspector's notes

Observed two spray bottles with cleaner in them without a label behind the bar. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all cleaners need to be labeled to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC used a marker to write the name of cleaner on the spray bottles at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
