Observed numerous fruit flies near soda machine in lobby. Discussed with pic regarding issue to maintain clean around soda machine. PIC discussed pest control coming out next week to help address the issue. Observed several plastic tubs that were stacked together with water still visibly trapped between the tubs. Person in charge separated the tubs and stacked them so they could fully air-dry. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
