Inspector's notes
Observed a chemical dispenser connected to the mop sink faucet via T-valve, located at the mop sink for the main floor and in the maintenance area. Informed PIC that T-valves are not approved for installation on a mop sink. Informed PIC that shut-off valves (chemical dispenser) are not approved for continuous installation downstream from a backflow device. PIC removed the chemical dispenser from both mop sinks faucet at time of inspection. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
