Per manager staff had placed items out about an hour prior. It was determined the refrigerated unit was not maintaining the proper temperature. Manager had TCS food items moved into walk-in cooler and call to have unit serviced. Salsa bar will not be used to hold TCS foods until it maintains a temperature of 41°F or below.
