Observed a build up with orange and yellow organic matter on both ice machines. Staff wiped down the ice machine with a sanitizer cloth and then turned off the machine for the maintenance team to deep clean. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
