Observed various time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods, including tuna salad sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches, egg & cheese sandwiches, hummus dip, meat & cheese snacks and bottles of milk, with internal temperatures ranging between 50°F-55°F in reach-in refrigerated micro-market unit. Ambient air temperature of refrigerator unit measured 53°F. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by building representatives at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
