Observed no hot water present at the back hand sink at the beginning of the inspection. Manager was able to correct the broken faucet, and obtained hot water during the inspection. Ensure that there is hot water (100F or more) and cold water is present at each hand sink at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed employee with gloves touching raw chicken, then touching clean surfaces where other employee with clean gloves were touching, and failed to wash hands. Talked to manager about handwashing policy, and had employee immediately wash hands. Ensure that handwashing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
