Observed deli sandwiches, salad and burritos with date marks of 7/7 in display cooler. All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded at the time of inspection. Discussed increasing frequency of stocking micro market to check date marks with vending representative. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
