As per person in charge their plan is to turn the old walk in into dry storage and to bring in standing reach in coolers to replace with walkin . Instructed person in charge they need to remove the old walk in and to reconstruct the area for storage meeting current code guidelines.

Instructed person in charge to not use walk in cooler until maintained so as to hold at 41 degrees F or less. As per person in charge they are expecting a technician to arrive on site today. Instructed person in charge to have walk in maintained so as to hold 41 degrees or less within 3 days.
