At front coffee station, in milk storage reach in cooler, whole milk and half and half cartons with internal temperatures of 49*F. Per manager, cartons of milks were in reach in cooler overnight. Cartons of whole milk and half and half were discarded. See embargo form. Ambient temperature of reach in cooler was 50.8*F and 51*F, taken with inspector min/max thermometer and establishment ambient air thermometer. Discontinue use of storage reach in cooler until able to maintain proper temperature. In second dairy cooler, carton of whole milk and half and half with internal temperatures of 47*F. Per manager, cartons of milk with unknown time out of temperature. Carton of whole milk and half and half were discarded. See embargo form. Ambient temperature of second reach in dairy cooler was <40*F. Maintain TCS (time/ temperature control for food safety) foods at a cold holding temperature of 41*F or less at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
