Observed sliced tomatoes and two kinds of sliced cheese with internal temperture of 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Items were sliced/transferred to new containers 2 hours prior to inspection, and were moved to the walk in refrigerator to chill to 41 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. TCS foods shall be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below to prevent microbial growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Employee moved chicken to the walk in to thaw under refrigeration.
