Meat display case was not in use at time of inspection due to a mechanical issue. No meat was in the display case at time of inspection and PIC had technicians servicing the meat display case at time of inspection. Case will remain empty until it is repaired. No violations noted at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed some organic matter on the inside of the ice machine. Discussed with person in charge to clean the ice machine more frequently to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside the ice machine. The person in charge will have the ice machine cleaned. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
