Excessive food debris on shelving and cracks and holes in sheet racks underneath slotted shelves. All areas should be free from food debris, smooth, and easily cleanable. Person in charge stated food was placed in unit within 2 hours of inspection and had all food removed on their own accord and prepared unit for cleaning and repair.
