Employee was stopped and instructed to wash hands and wear gloves before resuming preparation of ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. Bagged greens that were prepared without gloves were voluntarily discarded. Wash hands per code and do not contact exposed RTE foods with bare hands. Use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment for RTE foods.
