Observed raw breaded chicken, shredded cheese, tomatoes, meat sauce, raw octopus, and raw salmon with internal temperatures between 48 and 62 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Items had been there less than 2 hours and were moved to the walk in to cool to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. TCS foods shall be held cold at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below to prevent microbial growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Portioned faro was at 49F-51F, Cooked and portioned vegetable were at 46F, beans in oil at 47F and cooked mushrooms at 44F. The mozzarella and sausage were voluntarily discarded.
