PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals Observed the quaternary sanitizer in the 3 compartment sink and the sanitizer buckets at over 500ppm. Sanitizer was tested with test strips. PIC was asked to manually make a new solution at the proper ppm. PIC will be calling technician to fix the dispenser. Ensure that quaternary sanitizer reads between 150-400ppm. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
