Conducted an onsite advisory regarding dark organic matter found inside a shared wall adjacent to the walk-in cooler and the establishment next door. Conducted an inspection of the interior of the walk-in cooler and observed no evidence of any organic matter or possible food contamination. Observed no obvious water damage or plumbing issues on the food establishment side of the shared wall. All dark organic matter was on the side of the adjoining establishment. Spoke with the person in charge and discussed contacting the building manager/owner to access the shared wall. Advised the person in charge to submit a new construction or remodel application depending on the extent of repair and construction that will take place with the shared wall, and the possibility of temporarily stopping operation of the establishment during repairs based on extend of construction required.
