A Pattern on non-compliance is observed for violation #39, 3-305.12. 1st consecutive.Observed a dog on a leash being guided through the establishment and out the back door. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that animals are prohibited from food establishments unless otherwise approved. Included the guidance document for animals in food establishment with email and inspection report. PIC stated they were just letting the dog pass through, not stay there.
