No County legal action will result from this inspection.Establishment has a RO water purifier system in the back kitchen area of the business. The establishment also has a espresso machine that does not have a back flow device. Explained to PIC, if the owner wishes to keep the RO system, then a RPZ (ASSE 1013) will need to be installed and can be used for the RO system and the espresso machine. If the owner, wants to remove the RO system part of the water purifier then a 1022 dual check valve will need to be installed on the water connection for the espresso machine. The 1022 will need to be replace every year to be functioning properly. Inspector will follow up at the next routine inspection.
