Discussed with person in charge to replace the cracked bucket with a new one as the crack has made it such that the bucket is no longer smooth or easily cleanable due to the crack. The person in charge will acquire a new ice bucket. The person in charge has other ice buckets to use in the meantime. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. The person in charge replaced the empty sanitizer container and primed the dishwasher at the time of inspection. After replacing the container and priming the dishwasher, the sanitation levels tested within the 50ppm-100ppm range.
