Observed ice buildup in walk-in freezer near cooling unit and on piping. Discussed with person in charge importance of removing ice buildup to prevent ice or melting water from potentially contacting food in the future. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
