Establishment currently serving hot dogs, pizza, chicken tender sandwich, corndogs, nachos, totchos, chips and salsa, wings and chicken tenders to consumers. Previous handwashing sink was removed and converted into a three compartment sink.

Observed a leak under the 3-compartment sink in the back room by the ice machine. Operator stated that the hand sink was not working properly, and a 3-compartment sink has been put in place for now. Observed dish soap and sponges on the sink. Discussed replacing the sink with a hand sink, as hand sinks must only be used for hand washing. Please submit an application for a minor remodel with MCESD if a remodel or changes to plumbing have taken place or will take place. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
