Observed refrigerated glass door beverage cooler holding prepared pizzas (meats, cheese, sauce) at 49-50*F. Observed ambient air temperature of unit to be 50*F. Per Person in Charge temperature of cooler was not checked this morning, and items have been in unit for about 30 minutes. Discussed alternate cooler use or using four hour time as a public health control for items with PIC.
