Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved. Superintendent will follow up on:1). Finish the flooring under the cabinet next to the display cooler.2). Install a micro switch/ relay for the fly fan. Fly fan is no always on at the drive through and the relay will make it only come on when someone gets close.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Second inspection for the Starbucks construction. The following items were discussed:1). Drain pan from water heater will be led through the platform to the mop sink. Lead along the wall and finish penetration out. Properly brace.Other penetrations through the plat for for water softener or RO system will need to be finishes out.2). Drain line of the dishwasher will be angled into the sinks more vertically and cut back so there is and air gap.3). Mister system was omitted from the project. 4). Z-trim will be installed at the top of the vinyl flooring in the front of the house, Some was done and continue.5). Open floor seams touched up and flush with the floor.6). Flooring. Gaps and horizontal plain of conduit platform under the espresso machines will be finished out.7). Back door will have door sweep, self closer and threshold.8). Window frames back room will be caulked at the FRP trims where open.9). Front of the house will be caulked in at open seams and finishes transitions.10). Escutcheon plates will be installed where missing.11). All testable backflow valves will be tested before final. See if they can flush the water lines so they do not start leaking.12). All exterior doors will be self closing and insect tight.13). Fly fan at the drive through will be window activated.14). All sinks will be siliconed in or siliconed at the top wall juncture. Provide a flush or beveled away from the wall bead.Next inspection, final inspection will be on the 13th at 1:00 PMNo County legal action will result from this inspection.Printed on site for superintendent.

First inspection for the Starbucks construction. Noted hand sink was moved to the other side of the kitchen to accommodate easy access near the ice machine. Excellent.The following items were discussed:1). Drain pan from water heater will be led through the platform to the mop sink. Lead along the wall and finish penetration out. Properly brace.2). Noted that some of the base tile with cove was top set. Please repair and re-install.3). Mister system was omitted from the project. 4). Z-trim will be installed at the top of the vinyl flooring in the front of the house, seams touched up and flush with the floor.5). Gaps and horizontal plain of conduit platform under the espresso machines will be finished out.6).
