Please provide a test report for the reduced pressure zone backflow valve located under the drive through soda counter. The report has to be less than a year old. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: At the time of inspection during operation all sinks had hot water available but this store also has a dishwasher that was not in use. Please install a secondary tankless water heater. The unit will need to be between 188.000 t0 199.000 BTU and plumbed in line with the current one. This store has a dishwasher and multiple fixtures and is required to have two water heaters. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
