Observed single-use items such as food handling gloves, disposable aluminum pans, and paper towels stored in the prep area below the exposed attic and insulated pipe observed to be wet. Observed multiple buckets, at least one with water stored in the area to catch potential drips. Discussed moving single-use items and all equipment to protect from potential contamination, until the ceiling/leak is repaired. Single use-items cannot be stored under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips; under leaking water lines including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads or under lines on which water has condensed; under open stairwells; or under other sources of contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

The insulated duct above the prep tables observed to be wet, but not dripping during the inspection. Please repair the leak and replace the ceiling tiles to provide protection from overhead contamination. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
