Observed several types of cookies and bundt cakes stored and on display for sale that come from an unapproved source. Discussed with PIC and staff that all foods must be from an approved source. Informed PIC and staff that the cookies and cakes cannot be sold. PIC removed the cakes and cookies for the display at time of inspection. Items embargoed. Remaining product is labeled "DO NOT USE" in back of house. All food must be obtained from an approved source as defined by law. All food from unapproved source was voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
